Newly Constructed ELWA Junction Roundabout
The Government of Liberia with the support of the World Bank, constructed its first roundabout at the ELWA Junction.
The move is part of the construction of the 6.1-kilometer ELWA JUNCTION TO COCOA FACTORY ROAD funded by the Bank through Component 2 of the Liberia Road Asset Management Project (LIBRAMP).
